Hello Swim Families,

Wow! What an amazing start to the summer swim season!

We are so proud of all of our swimmers and the tremendous effort they showed at our first meet. It was especially exciting to watch many of our new swimmers dive into something new and challenge themselves. The enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and team spirit on display made for a fantastic evening.

I am still working on figuring out how to send the meet results report through SwimTopia. As soon as I get that sorted out, I will send the results in a separate email. Thank you for your patience! In the meantime, if you have any questions about results, please feel free to email me.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our meet volunteers! Our meets simply would not run as smoothly and efficiently without the support of our amazing parents. We appreciate your willingness to help make these events a success for our swimmers.

Ribbons

Ribbons will be available for pickup on Monday at practice.

• Each family will have an envelope labeled with your last name.
• Please only take the ribbons from your family's envelope.
• We will continue using these envelopes throughout the season, so please leave them for future meets.

Beginning with our next meet, we will also start awarding Improvement Ribbons to swimmers who achieve new personal best times.

Please declare your swimmer's:

• Individual event availability
• Relay availability

Deadline: Friday at 6:00 PM

Because this is an away meet, we will have less flexibility to accommodate late entries, so please be sure to declare on time.

How to Declare for the Meet in SwimTopia

1. Log in to SwimTopia.
2. Select Schedule and choose the June 16 meet vs. Shades Cliff.
3. Click Meet Entry (or Edit Commitment).
4. Indicate whether your swimmer is Attending or Not Attending.
5. Select availability for individual events and relay participation.
6. Save your selections before the Friday deadline.

Look for an email on Sunday evening with individual event entries.

Relay Information:
Relays will be held first, and the relay event will be a Medley Relay.
