Practice Schedule

10 and over practice:  7:00am-8:00am

*This practice is suggested for swimmers that have been on the swim team for 3 or more years, comfortable swimming longer distances, and wanting to increase speed and technique.  Must be able to swim all 4 strokes legally.  

10 and under practice:  8:00am-8:45am

*This practice is for 10 and under swimmers that are working on learning and refining technique on each of the 4 strokes.  Swimmers ages 9 and up will be encouraged to swim more 50s and 100s.  

8 and under practice: 8:45am-9:30am

*This practice is for younger swimmers beginning in competitive swimming.  Coaches will work on basic swim technique and teaching all four strokes.
