Important Notes

• Relays will be FIRST at this meet.
• The relay event will be the Medley Relay.
• Because this is an away meet, all entries must be finalized before we arrive. Please make sure to submit any changes by the Monday deadline.
• Please allow extra travel time. Traffic along Highway 280 can be unpredictable, especially in the afternoon. Plan accordingly so your swimmer is on deck before warm-ups begin.
• Relay organization will take place before the meet begins. If your swimmer is assigned to a relay but is not present when relay teams are organized, they will not be permitted to swim in the relay. There will not be time to reorganize relay teams once the meet is underway.
• As a reminder, swimmers who declare themselves available for relays are expected to remain at the pool until all relay events have been completed. A missed relay affects not only your swimmer, but also three teammates and the entire team. If your plans change after entries are submitted, please notify the coaching staff as soon as possible so we can make adjustments before the meet.
