Entries for 7/7 VSA Meet
Hi Homewood Swim Families,
The VSA meet entries are attached. Please review your swimmer's events carefully and email [email protected] with any changes or scratches by Monday at 10:00 AM.
Please note that I cannot guarantee relay additions for late entries, as relay lineups are based on the entries submitted by the deadline.
Meet Information
- Location: Homewood Central Pool
- Homewood Warm-Ups: 4:00 PM
- Meet Begins: 5:00 PM
Relay teams will be organized immediately following warm-ups. If your swimmer has been assigned to a relay, they should report to the coaches as soon as warm-ups conclude.
Please remember that failing to report for a relay impacts not only your swimmer's future relay opportunities, but also the other three swimmers counting on their teammate.
Volunteers Needed
We still need volunteers to help make this meet run smoothly.
If your family has not yet completed your volunteer credit, please consider signing up for this meet. More volunteers help our meets run efficiently and create a better experience for everyone.
As a reminder, families who do not complete their required volunteer credit may be assessed a $25 fine at the end of the season.
Tsunami Invitational
Additional information about the Tsunami Invitational will be sent soon.
This optional meet will be held at the CrossPlex on Sunday, July 12 and is a great opportunity for swimmers looking for another racing experience.
Looking Ahead
With only a few meets remaining this season, now is a great time to:
- Try a new event.
- Set a personal goal.
- Cheer on teammates and encourage positive participation.
- Continue working toward a Senior County qualifying time.
